Born in the Peak District of Derbyshire, England in 1964, one of two musical sons born to school teachers, Andrew arrived in Australia from Stratford upon Avon in November 2010. Many sets of strings later, from busking in London to Jackson Square, New Orleans and various UK Pub gigs Andrew finds himself on a new path armed with a bag of new songs on life and love. In a range of acoustic rhythms and a vocal style likened to Peter Gabriel and Jack Johnson, his own playing style and tunings lend a distinctive timbre to the music.

Alex Legg

Scottish-born, award-winning songwriter Alex Legg is unique. A consummate performer, Alex Legg’s percussive guitar, stomping groove, and gritty vocals deliver a powerful performance. Close your eyes and you’ll believe a whole band is on stage. Alex Legg is no ordinary songwriter. He is a master wordsmith, an accomplished player and an engaging storyteller. But he does more than entertain with amusing anecdotes and clever phrases. Alex Legg communicates with an audience because his songs reflect their life. The pain, the pleasure, the passion. Suffering, sensuality and a sense of justice.
