The Cellar Door at Wild Cattle Creek Estate

The Wild Cattle Creek Estate cellar door is the ideal venue in which to taste and enjoy our wide selection of handcrafted, premium wines. Atmospheric and welcoming, pull up a stool at the bar, relax on the couch by the open fire in the cooler months or sit outdoors overlooking the vineyard or stroll through the landscaped gardens.

Enjoy a tutored, relaxed wine tasting or sip a glass of wine or two with a delicious selection from the adjoining Rustic Charm restaurant. The Yarra Valley Platter is a wonderful accompaniment to a glass of Wild Cattle Creek Estate wine.


All Wild Cattle Creek Estate wines are on offer for tasting and sales, and be sure to ask about our great cellar door wine specials when you visit.

We offer wine dinners and events, a wine club and mailing list and are able to accommodate group tastings. Wild Cattle Creek Estate is also the home of Yarra Valley Preserves and their products are available for purchase at the cellar door.

The fruit for our wines is sourced from our own Vineyard here at Wild Cattle Creek Estate or our sister vineyard “Langbrook Estate”, located in the Upper Yarra Valley. This is an ideal elevated location for cool climate plantings and the predominately north facing vineyards collect the sun year round.

We produce a wide selection of wine varieties including Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir, Sparkling Merlot, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.  Our more recently established Sangiovese planting at the Wild Cattle Creek Estate property will further expand our range in  2010.
